Detailed Terms of Service

Using Our Site

  • Age Matters: Shop confidently if you're an adult. We trust you'll use our products responsibly.

  • Good Vibes Only: Please use our site in the spirit it's intended - respectfully and legally. All images are owned by the photographers credited. Reusing images without their or our knowledge is an infringement on our rights to ownership and copyrights. 

Our Products and Your Purchases

  • All custom orders are non-returnable as they are uniquely yours. Ready to wear items are displayed as accurately as possible. 

  • Real Talk on Products: We do our best to show you real, accurate images. Monitor colors can vary, though.

  • Please refer to our cancellations and refunds policy if you are unhappy about anything. But always, we are here to help. Simply mail us the minute you receive your order and you are not happy. 

Shipping Policy

  • Order Tracking:
    You'll get an email with your tracking number and order details as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye out for updates!

  • Signature on Delivery:
    To ensure safe delivery, we need a signature. Please provide an address where someone can sign for your package between 9 am - 5 pm. Missed deliveries due to unavailability will incur a re-delivery fee.

  • Local Shipping:
    We partner with The Courier Guy for all local deliveries. Expect your package in 2-5 days for central areas, and 5 - 7 working days for more remote locations. Please note, we can't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    Good news: shipping is included in the price for all local orders!

  • International Shipping:
    For our international friends, we use DHL or FedEx. Deliveries usually arrive within 5-7 working days. Please remember that international shipping costs are not included in the price, and customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility. Once your package leaves South Africa, it’s up to you to handle any additional charges.

  • Customs and Duties:
    Shipping fees for international orders do not cover any customs duties or taxes your country may apply. You'll be responsible for these additional costs. We must declare the exact value of your order and mark it as "merchandise" on customs forms, as required by law. We can't label orders as "gifts." For more information, you may need to contact your local customs office.

  • Keeping Things Smooth: We hope your experience with us is seamless. But if there's a hiccup because of how you use our site (think breaking terms or laws, or stepping on third-party rights), you need to handle your own resulting issues. Essentially, it's about being responsible for your actions on our site.

  • A Few Bumps in the Road: A vast majority of our work is custom made. And often this is handmade. We do not promise perfection, but we always aim for it.

  • Staying Current: We evolve, and so do our terms. Check back here for the latest.

  • Legal Grounds: We operate under South African law.

  • Exchanges  & Refunds Policy
    We are committed to providing you with the best quality garments and fit. If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery for orders within South Africa. If the item is flawed by way of material quality we will cover the cost to return the item. If the item is found to be damaged by way of incorrect usage and care, or if the garment is returned without its original swing tags, and with signs of damage, wear or alteration, the return cost is for customer account.

    The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached.  Please note that garter & jewellery accessories cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes. Should you be unhappy with your order please contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange the damaged/incorrect item. Refunds and exchanges are subject to approval on a case by case basis.

    To request an exchange, please email with your order number and we'll get back to you within 1 working day. We will quote you on the cost of the courier to get the original product back to us, and the new product to you. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you.

    PLEASE NOTE. Regrettably we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders or any sale, discounted, sample or promotional items.
